One order, most of the substation.
An importer sourcing a distribution package normally deals with four or five suppliers across two countries. We manufacture most of that package on one campus.
Transformers, ACSR conductor, LT and XLPE cable, PCC poles, lattice towers and galvanized structures ship from the same site under one production plan — which consolidates the shipment, simplifies the letter of credit and removes the coordination risk that usually sits with the buyer.
One technical point worth knowing: the Indian temperature-rise limits we build transformers to — 45 K winding and 40 K top oil over a 50 °C ambient — are materially stricter than the IEC 60076-2 baseline of 65 K and 60 K over 40 °C. A transformer built to IS 1180 is held to a tougher thermal standard than an IEC specification demands.
