Our position
Quality you can trace to a bay.
Owning the process from raw material to tested product means there is no vendor to point at.
Every transformer, conductor and cable is routine-tested before dispatch. Steel is inspected on receipt, coating thickness is checked after galvanizing, and extruded product is monitored continuously for wall thickness and dimension.
Purchasers and third-party agencies may witness testing, including pre-shipment inspection for export.

Testing
What happens before dispatch.
Routine testing is built into production, not bolted on at the end of it.
Electrical routine tests
Ratio, polarity, vector group, winding resistance, losses at 50% and 100%, impedance, insulation and dielectric withstand.
Dimensional & electrical
Diameter, lay ratio, resistance, breaking load, insulation resistance and high voltage test.
Coating verification
Coating mass to IS 6745, uniformity to IS 2633 and adhesion to IS 2629 after the zinc bath.
Extrusion control
Continuous wall thickness and outside diameter monitoring, plus hydrostatic pressure testing.
Certifications
Certificates and type tests.
Each certificate is issued against a specific product and rating. Numbers and validity dates are sent with the quotation, or on request.

IS against IEC
Indian temperature-rise limits are stricter than IEC 60076-2, so a transformer built to IS 1180 meets a tougher thermal standard.
