Inside the works
A working day, in pictures.
82 photographs from the bays, the yard, the laboratory and the field. Real material, real people at work. Click any photograph to open it.
Transformer works
From sheet to switched on.
Tank fabrication, core-and-coil assembly, winding, paint and routine test — all our own operations, in adjacent bays.

Test & quality
Every unit, before it leaves.
Routine tests on the panel, oil and insulation checks in the laboratory, and the paperwork that follows each unit out of the gate.

Steel & galvanizing
Steel in, galvanized tower out.
Angles cut, punched and bent, welded into sections, dipped in the zinc bath next door and stacked for dispatch.

Conductor & cable
The line between the towers.
Wire drawing, stranding, extrusion and armouring share one hall, one drum yard and one test regime.

Poles, substations & lines
In service.
Poles cast on the beds the business was founded on, and substations and lines commissioned across the Haryana network.

Water
More crop per drop.
HDPE pipe extruded, cooled and racked; drip lateral coiled and stored — for the fields beside the line.

The campus
70,000 square yards, and growing.
The integrated campus from the air and from the road, the rooftop solar array, and the new production sheds photographed during construction in 2025.

Come and see it in person.
