Consignments for Tanzania move Sea from Mundra or Nhava Sheva to Dar es Salaam, then road inland. Typical transit is 12 to 16 days; discharge at Dar es Salaam. We quote Ex Factory or FOB Mundra / Nhava Sheva; CIF Dar es Salaam on request, with payment by LC at sight or advance, USD.

The grid runs at 50 Hz with 400/230 V low-voltage supply and 11 kV and 33 kV distribution; 132 kV, 220 kV and 400 kV transmission. Distribution is operated by Tanzania Electric Supply Company (TANESCO), regulated by Energy and Water Utilities Regulatory Authority (EWURA). Import conformity: TBS Pre-Export Verification of Conformity (PVoC): consignment-based Certificate of Conformity valid three months, issued by Intertek, SGS or TUV Rheinland under the 2025-2028 contract.
